Staff that are payed money to help people do not help people in any way what so ever. Completely worthless.
Might as well not make the effort to come in and talk to someone in person, because they will just give you the website and some numbers. No help at all.
The security guard used his metal detector on my three year old son. Which was totally ridiculous. But my main complaint is with the woman who has a terrible attitude. She wants to get paid for doing nothing. She never looked up my information in the computer. She sat there and asked us questions. Never giving us answers to our questions. Then she gave us a number to call. Once we called the number, the agent said this was the wrong place to call. She was the worst!
Tho fast and efficient, the women that works there is a miserable POS!!! I cant believe People can get away with being so rude and have a good paying job! She literally threw my papers at me and said have a nice day.. Wow, maybe that shutdown can do good for some of them such as her!
