Received terrible customer service from this location. Again.. a blonde older gal giving the customers attitude. She may not be fit for her customer service job. I do not recommend this location.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! THIS LICENSING AGENCY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT KNOW THE LAWS THEY ARE DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND SCANDALOUS AND ALWAYS NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR EVERY PENNY THEY CAN! THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE WHY THE STATE SHOULDNT ALLOW PRIVATE LICENSING OFFICES!
Even though there was a glitch with the system, they stayed positive and worked it out. Great staff.
Quick and Efficient. If all you've experienced are WA licenesing establishments, you are spoiled. Coming from Virginia were the typical wait is anywhere from 1hr to 3hrs depending on how busy that day is and its random. Most typically you wait over 2 hrs and that is for any issue, licensing or vehicle related. I will gladly take the way Washington conducts business any day of the week no matter what hours they are or are not open. Keep up the good work.
