Absolutely fabulous, the bowling was great fun, the food was lovely and the customer service was excellent. What a gem of a place. And special thanks to Adam for being awesome :-)
Fantastic site vary clean including swimming pool, bar, restaurant, small child soft play area, mini bowling alley, park , pitch n put , shop and a clean shower/toilet block but a bit small for the size of the site it could do with more of them to accommodate busy times , now the surrounding area is a bit boring for young familys, if you like going for long walks and sitting in pubs and cafe's all day then it would be great for you it's just the surrounding area is a bit quiet for me .
Silverdale is a great park. We have a motorhome but are considering a holiday home on this site. Facilities are very good, well stocked shop,swimming pool and 10 pin bowling alley. The bar and restaurant are really good.
Swimming is great, with a nice toddler pool and some bubbles and jets around which the kids love. Cafe is nice and there's usually plenty of space although it can obviously get busy in the school holidays. There's a tiny soft play area but for young children it's good for some variety: swimming, bowling, soft play, lots of outside space. We've not stayed at the caravan site but it's very popular and they have a well stocked shop in site. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience much more pleasant when you are out with young children.
Haven't been here before Even though it's so close to home. Loved the facilities. Very clean. Lots of staff who were helpful and friendly. You didn't have to wait long to be served. Husband and daughters went swimming twice a day. We'll definitely be back with a longer stay.
